Situated in the heart of West Seattle, Compass Real Estate's new office is a stylish, efficient, and welcoming space cleverly nestled behind a historic storefront. Designed to accommodate both old-school office culture as well as office 2.0 (post-Covid) preferences, there are three private offices as well as “hot desks" – compact workstations for agents needing a brief office stop without the necessity of a private, dedicated area. At the rear, a shared workroom and kitchenette offers a bright and uncluttered atmosphere that fosters collaboration.
Having recently transitioned from another real estate firm, the client wanted to carve out her own niche within Compass and the West Seattle community. The client's unique style was thoughtfully blended with Compass's distinct brand identity.
Additionally, creating a space for art was an integral part of the design. Art lights and the flexible/movable workspaces accommodate changes in the artwork - which works great as the client hosts a monthly art-walk with a rotating group of artists!
