The renovation aimed to do the same thing - transform a historic building into a modern yet industrial space. Sleek, clean lines with rugged, industrial textures reinforce the hyper-local aesthetic. Additional local elements are woven throughout, from custom furniture that incorporates the company’s branding colors in conference chairs and cabinets, to artwork by a local photographer that adorns the walls.
Fluted glass in the kitchen cabinets echoes the intricate glass detailing found in neighboring historic structures, marrying the old with the new. The office layout maximizes space efficiently with shared office pods and utilizes DIRTT environmental solutions to enhance flexibility and sustainability.
A standout feature of the office is its custom conference table (provided by AD), designed with invisible power and A/V integrations ensuring no power cords disrupt the visual flow.
