How do you conduct consultations?

Whether you prefer meeting virtually or in person, we're flexible. Schedule your consultation to suit your convenience—choose from a video call, a visit to our Pioneer Square office, or a walk-through at your project site. Please note, while consultations in our office are complimentary, there is a modest fee for on-site visits.

If you opt for an in-office meeting, a member of our team will spend an hour with you, diving into your project details and explaining our process. For virtual meetings, you'll receive a Google Meet link via email—no need for downloads, just a click to join. Please ensure you're in a quiet space with a stable internet connection to facilitate clear communication.Choosing an on-site consultation? We'll coordinate directly with you to confirm the location and meet you there, fully prepared to explore your space together.

Whichever format you choose, our goal is to provide all the information you need to make well-informed decisions about moving forward with your project.

Where is your studio located?

Our studio is located in the historic Pioneer Square neighborhood of downtown Seattle.

You can find us in the Union Trust Building at 119 South Main Street. Our entrance is on South Main Street, about mid-block and facing Occidental Square. We are on the 3rd floor in suite 310. Just hit our name on the buzzer at the door and we'll let you into the lobby and queue up the elevator.  Hop in, ride it to the 3rd floor and our door is right straight ahead when you get out.

What do I need to bring to my consultation?

More than anything, bring your excitement! This is your time to chat with our team about your dreams, goals, and budget and ask any questions you'd like. We'll explain our process, but most importantly, we want to hear about you. It's totally okay if you don't have anything more than a basic idea of what you're thinking—that's what we're here for.

If you happen to have any existing photos or inspiration images that match your desired goal, great; bring those along, too, but it's not necessary. If after meeting with us you decide that we're a good match for your project, then the first thing we'll do is ask you a series of questions specific to your project and gather inspiration, so don't worry if you don't have any of these things figured out just yet.

Where do I park?

There are several convenient parking options nearby. Street parking along first and second streets is often easy to find but there are also several surface lots and parking garages in the area. Check out our parking map for options here.

Why do I need to fill out this form prior to scheduling my consultation?

Not only is every project unique, but so are the people on our team, and we want you to talk to the designer who will best fit your needs.

If you want to build a tiny home, pairing you with someone who knows all about designing for small-space living would make the most sense. The same goes if you are a chef looking to launch your first restaurant–we want to make sure you talk to someone who can look at your draft menu and know exactly what you'll need in your kitchen.

This first step will help us give you the unique attention you and your project deserve right from the start.
