Alyona Nagornaia

Alyona brings an international perspective, deeply influenced by her upbringing in Russia far north, and her studies and experiences across Europe and the US. Now residing in Seattle, she finds inspiration in the region’s scenic beauty—a reminder of her homeland.

Her journey into architecture was sparked by an impromptu critique from a street artist, who encouraged her to pursue her evident potential in design. This pivotal moment propelled her to explore architecture's transformative power and its ability to shape community and personal experiences. Driven by a desire to enhance the human experience through thoughtful and engaging environments, Alyona focuses on residential architecture with an enthusiastic interest in hospitality design

Outside of the office, Alyona's artistic pursuits include contemporary dance and visual arts, enriching her understanding of movement and space. She is also an avid skier, traveler, and actively engages in dog fostering and feels right at home in a lively office culture that celebrates pets.
