Adaiah is an interior designer with an inquisitive eye, interested in design’s role at the intersection of human psychology and creative practice. Originally from Texas, Adaiah entered her education at the University of North Texas interested in pursuing psychology, but later shifted to a BFA in Interior Design after realizing it provided a creative way to understand how human’s related to their environments. Following graduation, Adaiah honed her skills on a range of project types and scales, from multifamily housing to hospitality design. Through these experiences, she realized her interest lay not only in understanding the experiential components of a space, but also in exploring innovative ways to approach the more technical aspects of design.

Understanding that each space has its own unique identity, Adaiah thinks through every detail of a design. She enjoys figuring out how rethinking just one element – custom hardware, a bold textile, or a vintage furnishing – can add character and excitement to a space. Her strengths in drafting and coordinating with the project consultants mean that each of these details is communicated clearly and actualized efficiently, contributing to the overall vision. Adaiah carries this exploratory, creative mindset into her time off, when she can be found adventuring with her two-year-old Australian Cattle Dog, trying new recipes in the kitchen, and exploring the outdoors.
