This remodel in the Wallingford neighborhood consists of a second-story interior and exterior overhaul. The roof was re-dormered to double the useable space on the second floor and provide a vaulted ceiling. The entire space was reconfigured to create three bedrooms including a full primary suite and the addition of an entirely new kid’s bathroom.
Patterned wallpaper was used in both the primary bedroom and the nursery to add personality and color with little commitment, allowing for kids to grow and tastes to change over time. The new primary bath features a double vanity and spa-like walk-in shower.
