While the basement storage level remains the same, the ground floor office space for the current tenant and builder, STS Construction Services, has been expanded on three sides to gain additional office space. The upper levels provide a variety of unit types and sizes.
The unique challenge of this project was to keep the existing footprint and office operational while construction was underway. Upper levels were designed to stack with the existing ground floor, eliminating the need for a PT deck. At the rear, a large roof deck provides views to the Olympics while also functioning as the required SCL setback.
