The quickly expanding White Center neighborhood is in need of workforce housing, to keep its community local. This project aims to provide high-quality workforce housing in a desirable area, with nearby pocket parks, restaurants and retail, and the rapid ride to downtown.
The mass of the building is simple in form, offering a clean modern look while providing visual interest with pops of color and playful windows and doors. A green roof and an entry plaza offer additional green features, while giving the community space to engage. On the fifth floor, the majority of units have large mezzanines, adding another large room and high ceilings to the units, providing even more options for families, couples, or roommates.
