'Table
This vegetarian fast-casual concept, with a name taken from "vegetable," maximizes its modest space by blending high ceilings and large windows with an open kitchen and 16 seats, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere highlighted by a dynamic color scheme, contemporary finishes, and a striking mural.
Despite its small footprint of just 697 sq-ft, `Table boasts an atmosphere that feels spacious and welcoming, especially during the lunch rush, when customer traffic reaches its peak. Countering the compact space are massive windows and generous ceilings stretching up to 23 feet high. When combined with the open kitchen and a flow-friendly arrangement accommodating 16seats, patrons can feel like their mid-day meal is a break from a hectic schedule, whether grabbing a spot or waiting for a takeout order.
The color palette of black and white with pops of orangecreates focal points that don’t compete with the abundance of natural lightstreaming through the windows. And as part of creating a clean, contemporaryinterior, black-stained concrete and used Windfall Lumber cladding on the lowerhalf of the room meet with a kitchen and dining area wrapped with oversize, white Mosa tile. Custom Caesarstone countertops and custom, perforated metalpanes inset with shaker frames and powder coated orange and a Sonneman Stixchandelier complete the stylish hardware.
The clear highlight of the modern design is a vinyl muralreproduction of a Tram Bui original painting encompassing the entirety of thespace’s north wall, and helping to turn what could otherwise be a limitingspace into one that sparks the imagination and starts discussions.
