Located in the vibrant Pike Motorworks Complex in CapitolHill, Pinoyski opens its doors as the new chapter for the beloved"Piroshki on 3rd." This culinary haven, led by Chef Aly Anderson, uniquely blends Filipino and Eastern European flavors in a restaurant, bakery, and café setting. Pinoyski's design emphasizes openness and community engagement, allowing patrons to witness the artistry of baking first hand through visible kitchen areas that connect the craft to the customer.

The interior of Pinoyski radiates warmth and invitation, employing a soft, pastel color palette enriched with traditional Filipino elements such as a rattan light cluster chandelier. Large, eye-catching display cases prominently showcase an array of baked goods, drawing visitors deeper into the space. The flexible seating arrangement accommodates both casual dining and special events, creating a versatile environment for gatherings.

Every detail in Pinoyski has been thoughtfully curated to offer an engaging and memorable experience, from the large windows that flood the space with natural light to the carefully selected finishes that reflect the unique culinary fusion of the menu. This new location not only continues the legacy of its predecessor but enhances it, promising a delightful culinary journey in the heart of Seattle.
