We are looking for a full-time Architect / Designer to join our team! The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, team-oriented and able to adapt to a dynamic fast-paced studio environment. This candidate will also have the following qualifications:
CANDIDATES SHOULD DEMONSTRATE EXPERIENCE IN:
Single-family residential experience required
Commercial / hospitality experience desired but not required
Tenant Improvement experience desired but not required
Experience in multi-family / mixed-use helpful but not required
(Especially design, permit process - particularly with the City of Seattle)
Working knowledge of technical detailing (building envelope, wood framing over pt slab)
Building, energy and land use codes
Consultant coordination
Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite
POTENTIAL TEAM MEMBERS SHOULD HAVE AN AFFINITY FOR:
Multi-tasking, running multiple projects at the same time
Superior time management
Working as a member of a team
Leading small design team
QUALIFICATIONS:
BARCH, MARCH, or equivalent
7 - 10 years of architectural experience, or more
Experience in Interior Design helpful, but not required
