Since 2016, Mitten Sweets and Coffee has been crafting exquisite French and Japanese cakes, pastries and confections. Their creations artfully blend French techniques with Japanese flavors, resulting in desserts that are as uniquely delightful as they are visually appealing. For six years, they have distributed their products wholesale to grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes. Now, they are thrilled to launch their own brick-and-mortar shop in Seattle.
