Shannon was born and raised in Seattle, Washington, where she attended the University of Washington, and received her Bachelor of Art in Architecture. Shannon continued on to attend the University of Maryland, here she received her Master of Architecture. During her college career, she spent a short while studying in both France and Italy where she lived and breathed the local art and culture.
As a Washington native with a passion for community-centric design, Shannon enjoys working closely with her clients on all aspects of a project from start to finish. Shannon has diverse experience and involvement in nearly every aspect of architecture, particularly in both residential and small and large-scale hospitality projects. Shannon has a special focus on single-family housing where she enjoys finding ways to design a home to best fit the needs of the family living there and how it will seamlessly integrate into and enrich the community as a whole. Having recently completed a remodel on her own small home which she shares with her husband and two small children, Shannon understands living efficiently and affordably with a family as well as the very real life challenges associated with a residential remodel.
