At the edge of North Admiral and Alki, the site ties into the local fabric and speaks to the neighborhood identity through its main corner entry and relationship to the street. The building facade has been developed intentionally, with awareness to material, texture, patterning and windows. A bright lobby on the corner with two-stories of glass and a wrap-around, sculptural awning calls immediate attention to the main entryway for residents and visitors. Rhythmic dark and light tones along with balconies help to break up the structure along the street.
The indoor amenity space and roof deck on the top floor both have fantastic views to the east, towards the Duwamish Waterway and the downtown skyline. The indoor area has a full kitchen, seating area with a flat screen tv, and a big dining table. The roof deck includes a built-in bbq, fire pit and lots of cozy gathering areas.
