Tavolata was completed over the course of several years. Initially, we designed the restaurant layout for Stowell, however, we were later called back to design a remodeled mezzanine featuring locally sourced, reclaimed lumber. During our second pass, we also designed and permitted the new sidewalk cafe.

The remodeled mezzanine included custom designed and fabricated candle holders, new banquette seating, custom light fixtures, and locally sourced reclaimed wood. We took a hands-on management approach to the construction process, including ordering the material and facilitating the onsite delivery process.
