Located in the Fairmont Building in downtown Seattle, the space easily could've been dark and unwelcoming due to the surrounding tall buildings and lack of light at the streetscape level. Through the use of glass and an open layout to keep the space as open as possible along with light and bright finishes and ample lighting, the office has the welcoming character that is known for their locations.
