Do The Extraordinary is a shop in downtown Seattle, near Pacific Place, that houses a retail shop on the ground floor and design studios above where the clothes and jewelry are made. The shop is hyper local and focused on an edgier, dark look that pairs beautifully with our Pacific Northwest landscape - for the outdoor warrior in all of us. From layered tops, wrapping coats and oversized jewelry to faux fur, mesh fabrics, chains, wood, and leather, there is a little something for any adventurous spirit.

DO THE EXTRAORDINARY
Style Direction

This shoot had two parts that we captured through over the course of two days, providing photography, creative direction, location scouting and model selection. The first day took place in a studio to capture each garment and accessory piece in a clean setting to showcase the products on a model. The second day was dedicated to capturing a male and female model together out in the landscape where things felt particularly rugged on a mountain pass.
The style was raw, spirited and edgy with deep smokey eyes, clean skin and dirty nude lip colors along with slicked back hair and faux hawks. The wardrobe paired well in the wild landscape where we let wind be our guide.
