This apartment building in Bellevue is looking to remodel the interior of an existing leasing office and amenity building. They would like to refresh the interior finishes throughout, relocate and explore better functionality for the existing amenity spaces and incorporate private workspaces/comfortable seating for residents to better utilize the spaces.

They need help with furniture within the leasing offices & amenity areas. Because of their wish to incorporate biophilic design, we’ve proposed introducing natural materials throughout along with floral inspired wallpaper as an accent, and organic shapes in the furniture to soften up the space.
