FAQ

We conduct consultations virtually or in-person. Together, we will choose the option that works best for you.

How are you currently conducting consultations?

We're glad you asked because we recently moved! Our studio is located in the historic Pioneer Square neighborhood of downtown Seattle and there are several convenient parking options nearby. Please check out our location page for more information.

Where is your studio located?

Where do I park?

Once you arrive at the Union Trust Building, you'll see a call box outside the main lobby door. Use that to call Atelier Drome and someone from our office will answer and buzz you in through the front door. Then, get into the elevator, which will automatically take you up to the third floor. Once you get out of the elevator, our office is straight ahead and someone will be there to greet you.

Please note that you cannot take the stairs because each floor is locked and you cannot access the third floor.

Once I'm at your office, how do I get inside the building?

More than anything, bring your excitement! This is your time to chat with our team about your dreams, goals, and budget and ask any questions you'd like. We'll explain our process, but most importantly, we want to hear about you. It's totally okay if you don't have anything more than a basic idea of what you're thinking—that's what we're here for.

If you happen to have any existing photos or inspiration images that match your desired goal, great; bring those along, too, but it's absolutely not necessary. If after meeting with us you decide that we're a good match for your project, then the first thing we'll do is ask you a series of questions specific to your project and gather inspiration, so don't worry if you don't have any of these things figured out just yet.

What do I need to bring to my consultation?

Not only is every project unique, but so are the people on our team, and we want you to talk to the designer that will best fit your needs so that we can answer your questions to the best of our ability. If you want to build a tiny home, pairing you with someone who knows all about designing for small-space living would make the most sense. The same goes if you are a chef looking to launch your first restaurant- we want to make sure you talk to someone who can look at your draft menu and know exactly what you'll need in your kitchen.

We completely understand that it can feel like a lot of questions to answer but doing this first step will help us give you the unique attention you deserve from the minute you walk in the door that very first time.

Why do I need to fill out this form prior to scheduling my consultation?
