__________________how to cook a wolf For Ethan Stowell's restaurant in Queen Anne, we worked with the owner to renovate and reconfigure an existing restaurant space. The scope of our work included space planning, permitting, and kitchen design. After a few years of successful operation, we were called back to design, permit, and manage the fabrication of the exterior signage.
