__________________dulces restaurant This project was done in two parts. The first scope of work was working with the building owner to split a former restaurant space into two separate tenant space. Following that successful change of occupancy, we worked with one of the tenants to remodel the space into a new functional latin bistro and wine tasting venue. Due to budget constraints, we worked with the owners to maintain as much of the existing restaurant finishes and equipment as possible.
