Social Media Marketing Intern, Part-time

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Visit project sites and our studio to capture photos and video throughout the design and construction process.
  • Interview team members and document project milestones.
  • Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
  • Write captions and stories that communicate our projects in an authentic, engaging way.
  • Organize and edit photos and short-form videos for publication.
  • Assist with blog posts, newsletters, project descriptions, and other digital and print marketing materials.

What we're looking for:

  • Interest in architecture, interior design, or the built environment.
  • Currently studying (or recently graduated in) architecture, interior design, or another related field is preferred.
  • Photography and videography skills using a phone or camera.
  • Basic photo and video editing experience.
  • Great writing skills with an ability to tell engaging stories.
  • Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, and current social media best practices.
  • Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
  • Able to work in our Pioneer Square office and travel to project sites.

Bonus skills we'd love:

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Affinity
  • Experience managing business social media accounts.
  • Interest or experience in blogging, newsletters, or email marketing.

Compensation:

  • Hourly: $22-$25, DOE, for up to 10 hours per week

Architectural Designer

Candidates should demonstrate experience in:

  • Revit and/or AutoCAD required
  • Sketchup desired
  • Adobe Creative Stuite / Affinity desired
  • Enscape desired
  • Single Family Residential Design

Candidates should have an affinity for:

  • Multi-tasking and working on multiple projects at the same time
  • Design collaboration
  • Working as a member of a team

Candidates should be interested in:

  • A small, fun, lively office setting
  • Contributing to spaces and places our community uses!
  • A variety of different project types (single-family, restaurants, office, retail, multi-family), with single family residential as the majority of the workload

Qualifications:

  • BARCH, MARCH, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of architectural experience
  • Driver's license & willingness to drive to and from places in Seattle
  • Rendering experience helpful but not required

Compensation:

  • Salary: $70k - $90k, DOE
