Whether you are interested in a small addition, new custom home design, accessory dwelling unit (ADU or DADU), or tenant improvement (TI), we can cater our services to your needs. Architectural services are generally made up of 5 phases: Schematic design, Design Development, Construction Documents (including permit drawings), Bidding & Negotiation, and Construction Administration. We are just as excited to help you through the entire design process as we are to help you with one phase. We want to ensure that everyone who wants good design can get it, and will work with you to find an affordable solution to your design needs. Typically, when a client engages atelier drome in more than one design phase, we would provide a proposal for services with a fee based on those services. The fee is carefully determined with your specific project in mind. When engaged in only 1 phase or design service, we typically charge an hourly rate.
